Payment Policies
Payments can be made using Paypal.
Shipping Policy
Items are ready to ship in 5 – 7 business days after full payment is received.
Shipping to the US, Canada and other non-EU countries takes approx. 5-21 days. Import duties and related costs are not included in the item price or shipping cost. It is the buyer’s responsibility. So please check import duties with your country customs office. If a buyer chooses to refuse a package upon delivery the additional costs for returning the package will be deducted from any refund.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
If your package has not arrived within 8 weeks, please contact us. We will either replace or refund your order. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. All items shipped are insured. We will need photos of the damaged goods as well as a photo of the box it arrived in. We will either replace or refund your order after these requirements are met. Conditions of returning an item you are not satisfied with. We do our best to photograph multiple views all artwork placed on our website. In the case of returns that are not due to damage the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and loss in value that may result from shipping or transportation as well as the 3% credit card processing fee that was incurred in the initial purchase.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are welcome! In general custom artwork can take approximately 3 weeks up to 40 days depending upon the complexity of color and design. This timeline may vary do to the quantity or technical aspects of the artwork requested. Shipping odd sizes may take longer for custom shipping material delivery etc. A deposit of 50% is required to begin work. These orders are dealt with on a case by cases basis thru direct contact with us.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. However the nature of offhand glassblowing and the complexity of the material is what makes this art form so valued and beautiful. We strive for perfection in each piece we make and flaws are inherent in the “art form”. So please understand that every measure of professionalism is given in making orders to the highest standard when we are creating a unique piece just for you. Therefore, custom orders are not returnable.
Shipping will occur after full payment has been received.
